4. Trademarks, product names, and visual identities.
5. Any innovation or product developed internally or under MAKcubes supervision.

Website content, application data, and all published materials under the company’s domains.

1. All software systems, products, and trademarks under MAKcubes™ are the exclusive intellectual property of the company, even if customized for third parties.
2. No part of any product may be copied, modified, translated, or redistributed without prior written consent.
3. The MAKcubes™ logo, brand name, or any identification mark must not be removed or altered.
4. Clients are granted a limited license of use, which does not include ownership or transfer of intellectual or technical rights.
5. MAKcubes reserves the right to monitor product usage and take legal action against any violations.

1. MAKcubes retains full rights to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
2. The company may include “Powered by MAKcubes™” signatures in software code or user interfaces.
3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access internal source code is strictly prohibited.
4. For Rayhan CMS™, being open-source software, users are allowed to use and modify it under the GPL license, provided that all references to MAKcubes™ ownership and original system structure remain clearly visible.

1. This policy is issued in both Arabic and English. In case of conflict, the Arabic version shall prevail within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) and all related national and international IP laws.
